Where TheraConnect came from
TheraConnect grew out of Fitness Hacks for Life — a free mental wellness community we built for people dealing with anxiety, toxic relationships, narcissistic abuse, and the kind of stress that makes you want to give up or just coast through life.
Over the years, that community grew to more than 52,000 people. And the more we listened, the more we heard the same thing: the articles help, the workbooks help — but sometimes people need more than self-help can offer. They need a real person to talk to.
That’s why we built TheraConnect. A place where finding professional mental health support is simple, free for clients, and human from start to finish.
