Most of our providers accept insurance. You can check insurance compatibility on each provider’s profile during booking, or contact us for support navigating payment options.

Your first session will focus on getting to know you—your challenges, goals, and preferences. It’s a safe space to explore what kind of support will work best for you, and your therapist will work collaboratively with you to create a plan moving forward.

Our website includes detailed profiles for each provider, including their specialties, experience, and therapy approach. If you’re unsure, our intake team can help match you with the best fit.

TheraConnect is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
